Veg Manchurian is getting popularity among people.It's known to be indo-chinese version.It is very simple and easy to prepare.In most of the restaurants you can find it.learn to make it at home.

           
Ingredients
1 cup chopped cauliflower
1 cup grated cabbage
1/2 cup grated carrot                                   
1 steamed potato
1 chopped capsicum
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp chopped garlic flakes
Ajinomoto (chinese  salt)
1 tsp vinegar
1 cup maida
3 tsp corn starch
chilly sauce
tomato sauce
soya sauce
oil to fry


Method
First of all,boil all vegetables except capsicum .After boiling you need to remove  water from it & put them in one bowl.
 Add ajinomoto, ginger-garlic paste, vinegar,maida, corn starch. mix all together & make a soft, thick dough of it.Make 10-12 balls out of this dough.

In pan,add tsp oil,after that add ginger-garlic paste in it
Add 2 tsp of each sauce & capsicum. shallow fry it.

Dip  all the fried balls in this gravy & serve it hot.
